Our house, Villa Tina, is located
in the quiet part of Špadić in Poreč, only 500 meters
from the sea.
The location of our house guarantees a quiet yet attractive
vacation in the center of Poreč, the most visited tourist
town of Istria and Croatia as a whole.
The distance to the beach, the nearest sports and entertainment
centers and stores is approx. 500 meters, and the nearest
restaurants are located only 100 meters away from us.
The old town center of Poreč is located 2,800 meters away
from our villa. You can reach it by taking a pleasant
walk along the seashore or taking a ride on the small
street train.
Villa Tina is a modern house with three comfortable apartments
available for rent and a nicely arranged garden with a
small fountain, a grill and a bench.
Our apartments are modernly furnished and well equipped.
They include everything you could possibly need to enjoy
comfortable accommodation while on vacation.
With each apartment we provide a parking spot in front
of the house that closes automatically.
